this is concern for grandson iam taking care of him hes been having spells for a year here and there..been to few drs and e.r. with him he like pass out and turn very pale and does not respone at all in this way it last half hour to a hour his eyes roll and he dont know me just stares

The mentioned symptoms can be from a transient ischemic attack to the brain. His neurological evaluation should be done. His blood pressure also needs to be checked. If needed then CT or MRI brain like investigation done as he has this problem since many time.
