What Causes Sudden Elevation In The Heart Rate?
I had a few drinks earlier some mango-ritas, I noticed my heart started beating rapidily, I have stopped and took a nap and after an hour it is still beating fast. This has happened several times, even when not having a drink. It seems to last longer each time and I always end up with a headache. When should I worry about this? I don t have insurance so I can t go to the Dr. and don t wont to go to ER if no serious

Heart rate can elevate due to several reasons , so it is diificult to tell what is the reason in your case.
However , i would advice you to get your blood pressure checked. Also i would like to know your age.
