What Causes Sudden Elevation In Heart Rate?

Hello, I m 29 years old, female. I ve noticed recently my heart rate is high all times during the day. My normal resting heart rate is in the high 90s/low 100s. While walking around the house, it normally gets up to 120. I work out with a trainer and today during our session, my heart rate jumped to 190 with little effort put on my part while warming up. Is this something I should seek medical attention?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Heart rate increases with stress & after strenous activity like exercising, running, etc. That's a normal physiological response of the body. Stop being stressed.
It can also be increased due to certain pathological reasons like anemia in your age group is common but as you are asymptomatic I would not suggest you any lab. test or any medicine. Take care. Have a good day!
