What Causes Sudden Dizziness, Sweating And Fatigue?
hi , whilst cooking the kids breakfast this morning i suddenly felt very dizzy and sick, i had to sit down . i was feeling very sweaty , clammy and had pin and needles in my hands it lasted about 10mins and since i ve felt very spaced out and tired and a bit shakey. what could this be? age-28 height 5 8 weight-158lbs . no previous medical problems of this sort and i m not taking any medication

hi there, you sound to be young and healthy and so according to me the dizzy spell could be due to hypoglycemia which means low sugar level. It could also occur if your hemoglobin levels are low. You could get a routine blood test done for Hemoglobin and a fasting blood sugar level. In future if you have such spell try taking a glass of juice or anything sweet. Take care
