What Causes Sudden Dizziness, Shaking, Nausea And Shortness Of Breath?
Sudden feeling of dizziness and shortness of breath. Hot and shaky. Nausea. No fever. Do have anxiety disorder and on medication but didn't not feel anxious or paranoid? Had headache earlier. Took a off brand pain reliever. Not too long after taking my medication (alprazolam)

You have not mentioned the name of pain reliever that you had taken.
However pain killers may contain sedative properties which will interfere with your medication.
As alprazolam itself cause significant amount of dizziness, adding a pain killer would cause more harm.
immediately stop the pain killer, always consult your physician before taking medicines.
