Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Sudden Dizziness, Fainting Sensation And Shaking Hands?
I've had a sudden onset of dizziness followed by shaking clammy hands, feeling dissociatedand like I'm about to faint. I feel like my face gets very hot and I sweat a bit too. It's the feeling you get right before you pass out, but if I sit and wait it passes and I remain conscience. The next few hours after this happens I feel weak and have a headache. I'd say this happens once every few months. Just enough to worry me a bit. I have no health issues as far as I'm aware and I'm younger, 24. I don't know what this could be or how to prevent it.
I went through your details. If the symptoms happen frequently, you should get yourself examined by a physician. Though I doubt any problems. Keep a diary of events to write about the experiences you had. What activities you were doing prior to the incident, were you tired, stressed, anxious, worried etc. Within a few occasions, you will get a pattern. Once you know the reason, you can manage it.
