What Causes Sudden Chest Tightness And Breathlessness?
- I feel like I can t catch my breath.- I feel chest tightness.- Sometimes I feel shortness of breath.- When I drink water I feel it did not go completely in stomach. I feel it in my chest.- Some times I also have palpitations.My blood tests, liver test, ECG, urine test all are ok. Is this anxiety ?

i would like to know some things-
your age
pain? radiates to left hand and jaw?
your history of illness specially cardiac illness
your family history of cardiac illness
dysphagia present or not
oesodysphagia present or not
for now, you should visit ER immediately as it can be a heart attack. get and ECG done for sure and take nitrate sublingually.
secondly take TAB PANTOP-D SR 1 tab before breakfast for 2 weeks.
