Simple analgesic if needed given... Avoid strenous activities.... Heavy exercise restricted. Hot pad application useful... Second physical examination done... If calf swelling present then rule pulmonary embolism like causes... If pain radiating to arm and constricting type pain then angina and ischemic heart disease like condition has to be ruled out... For above condition investigate with.... -ECG -echo -tread mill stress test if needed If cough and fever like respi symptom associated respi cause searched for like bronchitis and pneumonia by chest x ray ...
