What Causes Sudden Chest Pain To A 21 Year Old?

hello my wife is 21 years old female all of the sudden she got pains all over her chest, sharp pain when she move, breath she cant even hold our 5 month old daughter as her chest really hurt she says..

Hi thanks for contacting HCM...

If she had history of heavy weight lifting or any unaccoustemed activity then pain could be musculoskeletal pain...
For which rest needed.
Simple analgesic if needed given...
Avoid strenous activities....
Heavy exercise restricted.
Hot pad application useful...

Second physical examination done...
If calf swelling present then rule pulmonary embolism like causes...
If pain radiating to arm and constricting type pain then angina and ischemic heart disease like condition has to be ruled out...
For above condition investigate with....
-ECG
-echo
-tread mill stress test if needed

If cough and fever like respi symptom associated respi cause searched for like bronchitis and pneumonia by chest x ray ...
