What Causes Sudden Blackout Of Vision?
I am experiencing a blackout in my vision usually a few times a day. It almost always happens when I get out of bed and glance at something. The blackouts are sudden and last only a few seconds. In both my eyes all I see is blackness. Afterwards, I often get a headache and feel dizzy.

The common causes for this are migraine, vascular diseases affecting the retinal blood circulation and carotids..
Since you are having headache and dizziness it is most probably migraine.
