General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per your description, it seems like transient Ischemia attacks(TIA) is due to blockade of blood vessels in the brain. Chances are high that when you have other illnesses such as diabetes and hypertension. No need to worry as of now, consult a physician and get a CT head to rule out any lesions.

Wishing you good health!

Thanks
