What Causes Sudden Appetite And Weight Loss?

here is a small list of a few symptoms along with current hcb and platelet count bp 86/50 hcb 6.7 platelets 25 achy all over, continues to have stomach pains that seem to be intermittent, appetite significantly reduced and only eats vege beef campbells soup or a few other foods and has lost 40 lbs in the past month. ideas?
