I have terrible odor whenever i engage in intense physical activity like dance. I have an anal skin tag. I am keenly aware of it and don t know how to prevent the odor. I only have mild discomfort, but the odor makes me feel self concious and horrible

Hello,

If you have strong odor only during physical exertion like a dance than you may need not to worry about that.

It's advisable to use anti-bacterial soap during taking a bath.

Also, you can take a bath twice a day to get rid of odor due to perspiration.

I suggest you use a strong deodorant and antiperspirant.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
