Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Fecal incontinence can occur in patients who have undergone a colonoscopy. It will resolve spontaneously in couple of days even without treatment. You can try exercises to increase the tone of anal sphincter for faster recovery. If incontinence persist after two weeks, you have to consult a gastroenterologist and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
