What Causes Stress And Depression After Taking Familon?

I m suffering from sever menstural cramp for last 1 year or more so I consulted a gyneadoctor.he prescrbed me familon tab for 21 days one tab each day.but m having emotional imbalance.. I experience irrational fear n stress n cry all for no reason.I become restless..can u tell y did iz happening

Famolin constitutes progesterone that is mainly used for contraception, for treating abnormal uterine bleeding, to treat premenstrual sydrome which include symptoms like crying spells, depression, irritability, food cravings.
Long term use of these drugs will lead to mood swings, depression, crying spells.
I would suggest you to consult your gynaecologist for further evaluation as the similar symptoms are seen in thyroid problems also.
