General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
As you stated that you are having stress , tiredness, insomnia, depression ( feeling of guilt and anxiousness , keep mum ) and also headache ,all these symptoms may be due to these possibilities ,these include:\
1 Anemia , diagnosis can be confirmed by hemoglobin examination within 20 minutes.
2 Depression , diagnosis can be confirmed by consultation with a psychiatrist .
3 Tension and anxiety ,as you stated that your are having severe headache ,so this may be due to tension and insomnia.
In my opinion don't be desperate , rather consult a psychiatrist and get his opinion and counselling.
Good luck.
