What Causes Strep Throat Post Oral Sex?

Hi, I've recently had oral sex (twice); after every "oral intercourse" by 2 to 3 days I would end up with a strep throat. I am usually prescribed with Antibiotics (Zinnit 500 mg) on a 7 day course by my doctor. Is this by any chance related to STDs? If so, does the antibiotic prescribed provide the necessary measures to cure and prevent reassurances? (Knowing that after each course the infection vanishes)

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns....

As per your complain it seems that due to poor maintenance genital hygiene there is infection in throat leading to Strep throat..
I would suggest you to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and he can do a throat swab culture to confirm the diagnosis..
In case if strep throat is confirmed the first thing that you should do is to maintain a proper hygiene of genitals of your partner and yourself..
Use proper precaution while oral sex like Condoms..
In case of sore throat you can take antibiotics and also do warm saline gargles..
Chew Vitamin C pellets and drink plenty of warm water..
