What Causes Strange Feeling In Chest With Nausea?

Hi, I have been getting weird feelings through my chest for about 9 weeks along with the feeling of not getting enough oxygen and a discomfort in my stomach, but no pain and rarely nauseated.
The doctor put me on inderal today but it made me feel nausiace so i only took one tablet. I have seen a GP who took blood and urine and all tests came back fine, however i still get these weird feelings.

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
You might be having gastritis (hyperacidity) which is causing chest discomfort and nausea.
So follow these steps for better symptomatic relief in gastritis.
1. Avoid hot and spicy food. Avoid junk food.
2. Avoid large meals, instead take frequent small meals.
3. Take pantoprazole tablet on empty stomach twice daily.
4. Go for walking after meals. Loose weight if you are obese.
5. Quit smoking and alcohol if you have these habits.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
