What Causes Strange Feeling In Chest And Heart?
Sometimes I get a strange feeling in my chest and then it makes me cough. It almost feels like my heart stops and then the cough gets it going again. It does not happen a lot and does not seem at all predictable. Also, it does not go on for a long time, just a couple of seconds.

I can understand your concern.
Ideally ecg and 2d echo should be donedone first in your case. If both are normal than no need to worry for heart diseases. It could be anxiety induced as well if everything else is normal.
