If present treated accordingly .... Second if alternate constipation along with increased stool frequency present then there could be functional bowel disease. For which fiber supplement given along with healthy diet. .. Meanwhile avoid smoking, alcohol if have habit.. Fruits more .... USG abdomen useful.... If stool sticky , frothy then causes for malabsorption also searched for .. Like serum amylase, lipase and pancrease function test for pancreatic enzyme problem. Colonoscopy with biopsy for tropical sprue, Whipple disease etc. Consult gastroenterologist with keeping this in mind... Detail history and after examination specific treatment given... Take care
