Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your symptoms seem to be related to a stomach infection.

Some advice that I can give to you is:
-Take antacids
-Drink liquids
-Use BRAT contains low-fiber, high-binding foods
-Avoid spicy food
-See a gastrologist if you do not get better for further examinations

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
