What Causes Stomach Upset And Headache?
I had an upset stomach yesterday with a headache. My stomach is still a little upset but I woke this morning coughing. When I cough there is alot of pain around my ribs. But it s not from coughing since I really haven t coughed much. I have a small knot on the right back side of my neck also. I m not sure if any of this is related, but these are the symptoms I have.

First to investgate test h.pylori and endoscopy and aftar dignose start treat acordingly.take omeprazole in bd and domperidone In bd also take ponstan tab
