What Causes Stomach Pain,vomiting And High SGPT Levels?

I had severe upper stomach pain with vomiting once. The pain lasted 5 days and i can't eat much because it hurts and i feel full. I made a test for h pylori but it is negative. I also dont have any bacteria or virus from stool tests. I just have high sgpt 94 where normal should be below 36. Alittle wbcs in urine. What could it be
