What Causes Stomach Pains, Headache And Frequent Bowel Movements?

Hi, my name is Courtland. I'm 15 years old. I've been having sharp stomach pains, alot of headaches and i've been using the bathroom more than I usually do. My stomach pains come when I lay down or I'm standing up for a long period of time. My headaches come put of no where.

Hi,

Seems intestinal infection due to any invading pathogen either food or water induced.

Some strict guidelines will take you out from this.
• Consume plenty of liquids preferably boiled water, coconut water, lemon juice, green tea, coffee, butter milk, etc.
• Small amount of light diet with fresh curd at intervals.
• Avoid all junk foods, beverages, non-vegetarian, oily, spicy stuffs.
• Avoid prolong fasting and overeating.
• In our clinic we recommend to give proton pump inhibitors as Prilosec and Tylenol, probiotics, and gut specific antibiotics as per the case evaluations.
• Avoid smoking/alcohol if using.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
