What Causes Stomach Pain?

i am having ova shield capsules (letrozole tablets with astaxanthin capsules).th day still 3days more for my periods,from yesterday onwards i am having stomach pain.my periods happens generally by 27day. i am 26ywomen. pls suggest me.is there any problem.

* Stomach pain is due to side effect of the latrozole tablet .

* Suggested to take proton pump inhibitor like omeprazole or pantoprazole
on empty stomach to cure it .

* Avoid oily , spicy stuffs .
