What causes stomach pain?

Well i've been having stomach problems and its a very bad pain and lasts long. It usually starts at night and I start feeling better in the morning, and suddenly a pain spreads across my stomach and its so intense it puts me on my knees. This usually happens once a month. I usually drink cokes and skip lunch and school and i'm starting to think this is why.

Hello,

Possibly acute onset of gastritis with or without underlying ulcer condition due to most likely irregular food habits.

Basic guidelines to get best results from here are
- dietary precautions to avoid spices, junk food stuffs
- avoid aerated drinks
- avoid stress, anxiety
- avoid late night dinners
- regular exercises
- control body weight, blood sugar, cholesterol
- get the necessary prescription of PPI and other medications from your primary care provider.
