Hi welcome to HCM... Here your condition could be acute gastroenteritis like infective condition or it could be early stage of liver affection...like hepatitis.... So here investigate with..... -USG abdomen -stool routine microscopic examination -liver enzymes estimation SGPT and SGOT -uribe urobilinogen etc...for primary work up.... Take ofloxacin antibiotic for five days... If stool shows ameba egg than metronidazole given ... For gastroenteritis infection take care for few days to avoid excess spicy and oily foods ... Avoid gas forming foods like onion , turnip , cabbage etc... Hot water used for drinking ... Take care. Advise : gastroenterologist consultation..
