What Causes Stomach Pain With Frequent Bowel Movements?
hey doc,my height is 5feet 9".my weight is around 68.my age is 20 years.
i do a lot of dieting.i don't eat well in order to loose weight.
the issue is that i have been feeling a lot of pain in my stomach and the degree of pain defers from day to day.also i have been frequently going for motions about 4-5 times a day.i feel week and dull.i got my CBC and stool routine tests done as advised by my doctor.my RBC count is 42.9 and hemoglobin is 12.5.
however my stool routine says fat globules are present and reaction(PH) is 6.0.pus cells and macrophages and epithelial cells are occasional.the result it says is "false positive occult blood can be seen in patients on vit C,oral iron,non-veg diets and leafy vegetables."
what should i conclude?and what is the problem?
