What Causes Stomach Pain With Bloating, Appetite Loss And Diarrhea?
Hi, I have had stomach pain almost no stop for a few weeks, I feel like I cant eat don't even want to eat and when I do I cannot eat hardly anything at all, and I am full, 2 hours later its like I haven't eaten again but I still have no appetite, and I have not had a solid stool since the pain started. what could cause this?

This may be due to some infection and condition can be treated with Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day for five days this treatment can be given on tentative basis, hope this helps.
