What Causes Stomach Pain, Vomiting And Fever?

my 22 month old son has been feeling ill for a while. We have been to the doctor three times and now another symptom. He began with stomach cramps, vomiting, very lethargic, and a fever. That lasted 24 hours. Then a week or so later his feces became bright green (like play-do) in consistency and color. We stayed away from dairy products for a week and then began to indrouce them slowly as prescibed by the doctor. He was then lethargic and vomited again and it lasted for 24 hours. Now he vomited last night and today he is lethargic and and complains that his tummy hurts and his neck hurts. Tonight I noticed a rash starting on the back of his neck. Do I need to go to the emergency room or can I wait until tomorrow to take him to our family doctor with the new symptom.

Pediatrician, Pulmonology 's  Response
Hi...Thank you for consulting in Health Care magic.
I think your kid is recovering from a acute viral diarrhea and is also having transient lactose intolerance. But rah is something which might point out towards cow's milk protien allergy and I suggest you consult your pediatrician for this.
Hope my answer was helpful for you. I am happy to help any time. Further clarifications and consultations on Health care magic are welcome. If you do not have any clarifications, you can close the discussion and rate the answer. Wish your kid good health.
