What Causes Stomach Pain, Nausea And Vomiting?

I am having really sharp pains in my stomach, nausea & vomiting for a couple weeks now. Then last night the pain got a lot worse but comes and goes, still throwing up, not hungry and now I have two swollen softball size protruding from my both sides of my stomach in the lumbar are? Do u have any ideas about this?
