What Causes Stomach Pain , Nausea And Constipation?

I'm having painful upper stomach cramps, constipation, nausea and throwing up, cold sweats, chills and my feet and hands feel like ice. Temp is normal. Just a stomach bug or something I should have checked out.

Also, had my gallbladder removed last March and a history of pancreatitus b4 it was removed. Pain/cramping is similar.

Dear- I read your question in details and appreciate that you are using our service. You might have symptoms of viral infection, but due to the fact that you had gallbladder surgery and history of pancreatitis in the past, we should do an evaluation with laboratory exam that will include pancreatic and liver enzymes in addition to regular electrolytes . Keep the good hydration and follow a bland diet for few days. If it doesn't get better in 72 hrs, please go to your doctor for evaluation and possible abdominal ultrasound.
I hope that my advise has been helpful
