What Causes Stomach Pain, Fever, Nausea And Diarrhea?
My stomach hurts and swells alot especially on the left side under my lower... rib cage. Today I have had a temp of 100.8 most of the day and been in pain with my stomach to the point that I am afraid to eat. I constantly have nausea and diarrhea and my stomach swells to the point that it gets really hard.

the area which u r pointing doesn't specify any major problem . it can be gastritis or mild gastroenteritis. I will advise u to take antibiotics tab ciproxin 500mg twice daily for 5days. plenty of fluids. cap omeprazole 20mg twice a day but avoid if watery diarrhoea. tab hyoscine 1 tab when required for crampy abdominal pain. for nausea use tab metocloperamide 10mg when required for nausea. take this treatment for 5 days if this doesn't get settle thn base line lab investigations will be advised
