What Causes Stomach Pain And Tiredness After Taking Acyclovir And Prednisone?
Was diagnosed with sudden sensorineural hearing loss in the left ear 2 weeks ago. ENT prescribed high doses of prednsone & acyclovir, took them over a 2 week period. Since then I have been very tired and yesterday my face below my left eye & nose in acne. Have stomach pains and dizziness. Ouch! 73 year old white male.

The symptoms seem to be related to the use of Prednisone.
I recommend to use a PPI medication such as Omeprazole.
If the symptoms continue I suggest to consult your doctor about an alternative medication.
