What Causes Stomach Pain And Mild Constipation?

I am 26yrs old 6'4" 215lbs I drank more than I have in a long time at a wedding saturday night I drank mainly whiskey and tequila. since sunday I have had bad stomach pains and mild constipation no nausea. I had a slight case of Steven Johnson's disease like 4 years ago. So I was wondering if maybe my liver can't handle the alcohol after having Steven Johnson's disease, or could it be appendicitis, or just plain constipation?

Unless you had liver failure with SJS year ago, likely this is not related as SJS is a severe skin condition. Depending on where your abdominal pain is, appendicitis is in RLQ, typically does not last multiple days, it gets worse and worse in approximately 24 hour time frame. It is possible to have abdominal pain from constipation, drinking more water/eating more fiber will help with that.
