What Causes Stomach Pain And Fullness With Constipation?

My stomach feels full all the time even if i don't eat the whole day, When I eat I feel full right after a few bites. I am consitpated all the time and i could go 3 to 5 days without needing to go to the bathroom. A type of pain that I can't describe is worse when I wake up in the morning and goes a way as the day goes.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Constipation can result in a full or bloated sensation in the abdomen.

You need to implement lifestyle changes to try an reduce the constipation. This would involve: (1) using at least 5 servings of fruits, salads and vegetables daily.
This means one of these should be part of each main meal and also with your snacks

If you need additional fiber, you should use a fiber supplement. Examples are metamucil, citrucel, benefiber

(2)use enough fluids daily-at least 8 glasses

(3)physical activity would also play a part

I hope this helps
