What Causes Stomach Pain And Diarrhea During Pregnancy?

I am currently 7 months pregnant at 1am this i had a bout of what i believe was food posioning. Throwing up, extreme stomache pains to the point of passing out and diarhhea. Although the throwing up has stopped i am now passing bloody bright red stools. I feel fine until i stand and then i feel as if someone is tearing out my intestines.. Should i go to the ER to make sure baby is ok??!!

Hi, I think you could be having gastroenteritis. But passing bloody stools can be a sign of piles which is common jn pregnancy. Get yourself examined by your doctor. Also do a scan for fetal well being if you are worried but it has no effect on the baby. Hope I have answered your question.
