What Causes Stomach Pain And Constipation?

I have had stomach pains over the past two months varying in pain and they come on gradually. In some mornings I wake with a moderate to server stomach ache and have to run to the toilet to pass faeces. After going to the toilet two to three times the pains fade away. I have bouts of constipation and also loose stools and have experienced water like stools that are more clear in colour and also mucus in the stool. My stomach also bloats and becomes hard and pain full with trapped gass that lasts over the corse of the night. The pain sometimes has gotten almost unbearable and it s really painful when walking or even moving. What does this sound like?

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of alternating constipation and loose stools , watery and mucoid too, with pains and bloating for the last 2 months.
Alternating loose stool with constipation, mucus and eatery sometimes indicate a possibility cancer of the colon unless proved otherwise.
I would advise you the following:
Tests of stool.
CT scan of the abdomen.
Colonoscopy and biopsy to see or for rule out cancer.
If cancer is not positive then there is ulcer or so.
Get a proper medical and surgical treatment as may be indicated.
