What Causes Stomach Pain And Constant Churning?

I have been having stomach pain for over 5 weeks now. I have had severe nausea, diarrhea, bloating, constant gas, and i feel like my stomach is constantly churning. Its horribly painful. What do you think is wrong? What kind of doctor shOuld i see? (im a 16 year old girl)

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
5 weeks is a long time that you are suffering from pain in abdomen, diarrhea, nausea, bloating, gases, churning of stomach.
All these indicate that there is an intestinal infection which the body has not taken care of.
Hence I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Get a clinical evaluation by your Doctor.
Investigations of stool, blood and urine.
X-ray and ultrasonography of abdomen.
All these will lead to a proper diagnosis and this gives a plan of management which can be a course of an antibiotic, metronidazole, probiotics, symptomatic treatment with Dicyclomin for pain a PPI like Omeprazole for nausea, supportive treatment in the form of multivitamins, electrolyte solution.
Take homemade food only, boiled for 20 minutes and cooled water.
