What Causes Stomach Pain And Chest Pain?

I am having multiple symptoms and unsure where to begin to figure out what is going on with my digestive system. I am a vegetarian, have been for years, no problems until about 3 weeks ago, started experiencing some pain directly under my breast, breast bone area and chest bone area. I thought my underwire bra was the caused of the pain,so I stopped wearing the underwire bras, and just wear loose no support bras. They are much more comfortable and the pain has subsided, but even with wearing the loose bra with no support, the pain continues. Simultaneously, I have started experiencing indegestion, rumbling in the stomach, loose releases, some mild nausea, indigestion. Should I get a chest x-ray, where do I begin with this?

Hi...If you have chest pain mainly in the retrosternal area along with stomach pain it could be either gastritis/gastroesophageal reflux disease. you should try 2 week course of ppi's such as pantoprazole for 2 weeks.
If you are having chest pain which is more with movements, turning from side to side or while lifting weights it could be either costochondritis or nonspecific musculoskeletal pain, you should try a course on NSAID,s such as diclofenac.
If chest pain is associated with sweating, radiating to left arm or associated with brething difficulty it would be advisable to get a ECG and CHEST X RAY.
