What Causes Stomach Pain And Bloating Along With Dizziness?
Hi, every morning I have stomach and bowel troubles for a good 45min-1hr. Stomach feels hot temperature-wise and stomach/gut contents feel like paste and hard to move through. Also feel light headed from pinching/bloating pain from stomach - feels like it affects my blood pressure (can feel pulsing/neck feels thick. I have tried multiple dietary changes with no changes in symptoms as well as not eating before bed, etc.. What could be causing this every morning?

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms could be due to dyspepsia and most probable along with hyperacidity and this can be well managed with "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone 30 mg" once in day at evening time for couple of weeks, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
