What Causes Stomach Pain After Having Food In Babies?
I have a 16yr old daughter who has constant stomach aches they first started after she would drink milk so we thought she might be lactose intolerant now its a constant pain no matter what she eats or when she eats. She did see a doctor who put her on prilosec last week but it is getting worse. Any suggestions?

Abdominal pain is bit challenging because abdomen contains many important organs and inflammatory changes is just likely to them due to infection and injury, in female it is even more challenging.
As a matter of fact the site of the pain matters the great, if it is in upper region, then it could be due to digestive dysfunction in middle of the abdomen it may be due to intestinal pathologies, and so on, for other sites.
In young age, the most common cause would be colicky pain, it may be intestinal colic, renal colic, or biliary colic, condition really needs differentiation and for that imaging study is must like x-ray abdomen, ultrasonography, CT imaging study, at this stage treating the symptoms is not advisable but to investigate the case.
