What Causes Stomach Pain After An Overdose Of Adderall?

I overdosed on my (prescribed) Adderall a little over 24 hours ago and now my stomach really hurts. I m prescribed to take 15mg a day but I took 155mg. I have a lot of the side effects and symptoms like, dry mouth, because my breath stinks. And every time I stand up I feel like I m going to pass out. I ve tried to eat and drink stuff but my stomach keeps rejecting it. I don t really wanna tell my parents or my doctor either.. so what should I do?

Hello,

* The effects are related to anticholinergic side effects of antidepressant medication.

* As you are not willing to tell your parents and doctor, primary care can be done with

- continuing plenty of liquids

- intake of proton pump inhibitor as omeprazole ( 20 mg ) and Ondancetron ( 4 mg ) on empty stomach with sips of water

* Wait for a period of 24 hours, beyond which if symptoms do persist, have to consult your family doc for sure without further delay.
