I just received results of an ultrasound I got done 2 weeks ago that showed a thickened endometrium (echogenic and 14mm in thickness, with a dominant simple follicular cyst on my left ovary). The ultrasound was done during my followup post elective termination (surgical-aspiration abortion) performed at the end of September this month. Since the ultrasound I have started my period (8th week post abortion), but my stomach continues to look distended and keeps growing? I have tried drinking more fluids but nothing helps! I have slight diarhea and have complete loss of appetite.
