General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of getting dizziness, blackout and vomiting after getting up. The dizziness continued.
The cause can be due to either a problem with internal ear or electrolyte imbalance or some serious medical problems.
The vomiting is a reflex mechanism to the dizziness.
I would advise you the following:
Clinical evaluation and examination by a Doctor to have a clinical diagnosis.
Based on this will be the investigations of the blood, urine.
Get the symptomatic treatment and the specific treatment as per the findings and get well.
Further tests and investigations as needed.
