What Causes Stomach Discomfort, Black Stools, Anus Swelling And Body Weakness?

I have black flakey like stool. I have to go to the bathroom halfway through a meal, and it does not matter what I eat. It is extremely upsetting, because I don t even want to eat food anymore. My anus swelled up or something happened from this occurring so frequently. My body tends to feel weak mostly. I have no idea what is wrong. But my stomach always feels like its quenching up. It is a horrible feeling. Please, if there is anyone with any information. That would be great.

hi first you should have to examine your stool especially for occult blood.
if occult blood positive then treat for parasitic infection with albendazole.
dont take too much stress.Do your USG abdomen also.is anal swelling pus filled?? then mostly it will be abscess.it has to be drained and antibiotic prophylaxis is taken.
