What Causes Stomach Cramps?

Mid-evening Saturday, I started having mild stomach cramps. The last time I felt something like this, it was food poisoning. Almost 48 hours later, the pains haven t gone away and the diarrhea hasn t happened. In fact, I m feeling like I m mildly constipated

I have hone through your query and I understand your concerns.

I think that your symptoms are caused by an acute gastritis and colonopathy.
In these cases it is recommended to avoid spicy and acidic foods, alcohol, coffee and milk. You should also quit smoking(if you smoke).

To check your health condition you need a liver test, complete blood count, abdominal ultrasound and urine test.

Consult your gastroenterologist for the diagnosis and treatment.
