Hello,

There are many reasons for such presentation which are:

- Intestine infection
- Alteration in gut flora mechanics
- Inflammatory bowel disease
- Other lesions of intestine

In our hospital, we recommend ultrasound of abdomen and pelvis, blood tests and colonoscopy for diagnostic evaluation and further management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
