What Causes Stomach Cramps Despite Treatment For Yersinia In Stool?

I had 12 days of diarrhea, went in to emergency, got stool cultures and they found yersinia. Before cultures were back I was put on flagyl and cipro and the GI issues got a lot better right away. It,s been a week more, the cipro/flagyl are finished but I still have minor cramps and softies.....not bad. Should I be worried???
