OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Removal of IUD and unprotected intercourse can lead to pregnancy. Nausea, bloating and discharge from the nipples are present in early pregnancy.
I would suggest you to wait for the periods, if delayed, then do get a urine pregnancy test done to confirm the diagnosis.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
