What Causes Stomach Cramps And Frequent Urination?

Everyday for the past 2 weeks I have had a gurgle in my stomach, cramps, constant need to urinate, head aches, nauseous when I smell or eat oily food and I have been extremely emotional and grumpy. Any idea what this could be ? I work full time I have no time to go the doctors to get tested.

Good day and thank you for posting this question. You did not tell us whether you are male or female. If you are female, I will suggest you do a pregnancy test as soon as possible. If you are male, you will need to see your doctor and do investigations such as a full blood count and ESR (Erythrocyte sedimentation rate).
